Welcome to The Moving Machines FZC. By accessing our website, requesting a quotation, or purchasing a vehicle from us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

 

1. Vehicle Availability

All vehicles are subject to availability and prior sale. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw listings, specifications, or prices without prior notice until an order is confirmed.

 

2. Pricing

All prices are quoted in the currency specified on the quotation or invoice. Shipping charges, destination port fees, customs duties, taxes, registration fees, insurance, and any other local charges are the responsibility of the Buyer unless otherwise stated in writing.

 

3. Payment Terms

• • A 50% deposit is required to confirm and reserve a vehicle.

• • The remaining 50% balance must be paid in full before shipment.

• • Shipment will only be arranged after cleared payment has been received.

4. Order Cancellation

If the Buyer fails to complete payment within the agreed timeframe, The Moving Machines FZC may cancel the order, resell the vehicle, and retain all or part of the deposit to the extent permitted by applicable law to recover reasonable losses and costs.

 

5. Vehicle Condition

Unless otherwise stated, all used vehicles are sold on an “AS IS, WHERE IS” basis. Used vehicles may have normal wear, cosmetic imperfections, or mechanical wear consistent with their age and mileage. The Company will not knowingly misrepresent or conceal any material defects.

 

6. Inspection

Buyers are encouraged to inspect the vehicle or appoint an independent inspection company before purchase. By confirming an order, the Buyer accepts the vehicle’s condition based on the information provided.

 

7. Refunds

Except where required by applicable law, all sales of used vehicles are final. The Moving Machines FZC does not provide a voluntary money-back guarantee or change-of-mind refund.

 

8. Shipping

Estimated shipping dates are provided for guidance only. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by shipping lines, customs authorities, weather conditions, port congestion, or other events beyond its reasonable control.

 

9. Import Requirements

The Buyer is solely responsible for ensuring the vehicle complies with the import laws, customs regulations, taxes, and registration requirements of the destination country.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Moving Machines FZC shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the purchase, shipment, or use of any vehicle.

 

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Emirate of Sharjah, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
